E.Trace, the solution that guarantees the management of modern cooking centres in all their complexity: from forecasting consumption to supplier orders, warehouse management and the production, packaging and distribution of meals.

In addition to identifying the supply chain of each product, the E.Trace module allows for perfect organisation of operations, by forecasting consumption and effectively managing the warehouse and individual suppliers, using flow charts that document all the process connected with the purchase and supply of the foods.

Traceability and trackability of the supply chain

The software allows for a detailed reconstruction of the life of every single element of each dish (production, freezing, etc.). The bill of materials can be used to identify, and report on the label, all the sensitive data necessary to guarantee complete traceability of the supply chain, both inside and outside the centre.

Warehouse coordination

The E.Trace module offers instruments that can be used to manage:

  • booking in and collection through barcode terminals, on or offline, conducted using a forecasting report based on the expected daily production or using the waybill;
  • labelling of the goods upon entry and exit;
  • booking in of the goods upon entry using electronic delivery notes: item – respective quantities – lot and expiry;
  • printing of the labels with barcodes for labelling in the warehouse, checking and placing on the products;
  • automatic booking out of movements not declared;
  • daily warehouse management (goods on hand with immediate expiry).

Distribution to different structures

E.trace automatically organises, in detail, the distribution to different structures (schools, hospitals and companies); for example, the packaging of the same product in tubs and/or large packs.
