This is why NOVA Srl has developed an Integrated Quality Management System, thanks to the certifications it has obtained, attesting to:

  • the quality of company processes, both in-house and pertaining to dealings with customers;
  • the security of the data managed;
  • the operational continuity of the infrastructures served by our systems.
ISO 9001

This is the internationally recognised benchmark standard for the quality management of any organisation that seeks, on the one hand, to respond to the need to boost the efficacy and efficiency on in-house pricesses, and on the other, to rise to the challenges posed by increasingly competitive markets by improving client satisfaction.
The primary aim of ISO 9001 is to ensure clients are satisfied with the products and services provided, and to guarantee the on-going improvement of company performance, allowing certified companies to maintain and gradually improve the quality of their goods and services.

ISO/IEC 27001

The ISO 27001 standard for certification purposes was published in order to construct a complete information technology security system. The aim of the ISO27001 standard is to protect data and information from threats of all kinds, in order to guarantee its integrity, confidentiality and availability, and to provide the requisites to adopt an adequate information security management system able to properly manage the company’s sensitive data.

ISO/IEC 27018

This is a set of rules based on the ISO 27001 and 27002 standards, with the aim of guaranteeing compliance with the data protection principles and regulations set forth in Directive no. 95/46/CE on the part of the public cloud providers that have obtained the certification. The declared aim of this standard is to provide a practical response to the main legal and contractual questions regarding the management of personal data in IT infrastructures arranged on the public cloud model.

ISO 22301

ISO 22301 is an international standard governing business continuity management. It sets forth the requisites necessary to plan, establish, implement and operate a documented management system, and to monitor, maintain active and continually improve the management system designed to protect from, help avoid, prepare for, respond to and solve any events that may occur and are liable to destabilise an organisation.
